REFUSE COLLECTOR HAS CASE TO PAY €40,000 FINE ADJOURNED

first_imgThe owner of one of Donegal’s largest refuse companies has ben allowed another six months to pay almost €40,000 in fines to Donegal County Council.Mr Jim FerryJim Ferry, the owner of Ferry’s Refuse, appeared at Letterkenny District Court today seeking more time to pay the fines.
