first_img Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho 1 Jose Mourinho has been charged with misconduct by the Football Association, after the Chelsea manager claimed there is a “clear campaign” against his club.The 51-year-old made the comments after Chelsea’s 1-1 draw against Southampton in December, while he also accused referee Anthony Taylor of making a “huge mistake” by denying the Blues a penalty.Mourinho has until 6pm on 13 January 2015 to respond to the charge.An FA statement read: “It is alleged his remarks constitute improper conduct in that they allege and/or imply bias on the part of a referee or referees and/or bring the game into disrepute.”The Blues boss was also angered by the Londoners’ 5-3 defeat at Tottenham on New Year’s Day, claiming the referee in charge, Phil Dowd, was “too slow”.last_img read more
